Haircut

She did it again. Isa cut off her hair and is donating it to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths Program. We did Locks of Love two years ago, and she loved her short hair! She grew it out again and loved having it long, minus the tangles. We may keep this cycle going; we all really like it long and short. She wears both so well!

Dress up

The girls were playing particularly well today and when I called them in for snack, they came in like this. They had "dressed up" all by themselves. (they did ask me to do their hair about 30 min earlier exactly to their specifications!) Funny girls.

On Sunday, I tried pigtails once again and we were successful! Ema said "ouch" a couple of times, but loved the end result and kept telling everyone "look at my pigtails!!"

My latest quilt...it was a fun one to do, but the pattern could use some fine tuning :) If you look close (or enlarge the photo) you can see Gabs peeking out from below. Didn't notice until I was editing.

For Sale

I'm trying to upgrade my sewing machine, so I've listed my awesome Bernina Activa 230PE for sale on craigslist. The upgrade that I want will help me to do precise free motion quilting, so I can feel more confident selling my quilts! Here's to hoping it goes fast!!
