So I've been making these "lovies" (security blankets) and I've already sold 3! I haven't listed them anywhere yet, and am looking into getting a website up, but need to figure out how to do that as well. Any ideas or anyone that can help me do that would be great!
The photos aren't very flattering, they are much cuter in real-life :) They are 16x16; one side is satin, and the other super soft minky. There is also a button hole w/ribbon & snaps to attach to a stroller, car seat, etc.

So cute Elena! I started sewing a couple years ago - baby blessing dresses, clothes for the kids, and baby blankets - and I think it's totally fun. Of course, I don't really know what I'm doing, but I think taking a class to actually learn the right way would be so fun!! What a great mother's day gift. I've done a couple of baby quilts for friends here in Chicago, but I don't think I'm quite ready for selling anything.
I do have a friend that sells cute baby clothes in an online store. It's called www.etsy.com It's really easy to set up and so easy to use! Check it out! You'll do really well - those blankets are adorable.
